All you need to know about the redevelopment of the apartment

by 360roomsnews

More and more often people, when they make repairs in their apartment, are thinking about redevelopment of the apartment, whether it be a kitchen or room. After all, it is very common for a person to make changes in rooms where he spends most of his free time with his loved ones.

Before you start the redevelopment of any premises, whether it is living or not, first of all, to contact BTI and submit an approval for redevelopment.

To do this, first you will need to collect a small package of documents for processing redevelopment and spend a lot of time, as this process is quite laborious.

Coordination of redevelopment is necessary in order to do it in many houses strictly forbidden due to the features of building a house.

When redevelopment of any room, first of all, it is necessary to draw up a drawing of a room or structure in which redevelopment will be made. With the development drawing of the premises, you need to contact BTI to coordinate the changes in the room, only after that it will be possible to obtain a resolution for redevelopment and only then start breaking the walls and create a new image of your house.

But still there are some obstacles such as panel walls that cannot be broken and moved (since they are supporting), reinforced concrete floors, walls in brick houses (as this leads to the collapse of neighboring walls). The easiest way is to redevelop in monolithic houses (they cast from concrete) and are not supportive.

There is also one more problem – the implementation of redevelopment without execution of all required documents and approvals. This is quite common. And entails many consequences – there will be difficulties in selling an apartment, or such an apartment cannot be transferred to a gift. To all this, local authorities may require you to return the previous type of planning to the premises by court decision. But still, if you have already redeveloped, you should legalize it so that no problems will arise in the future.

You should contact the BTI department to the owner of the dwelling with a statement for the redevelopment permit. The consent of all residents with whom you are neighbors through the wall, as well as the ceiling and floor, should also be attached.
