One of the varieties of concrete is autoclave concrete, which has earned high popularity due to unique properties. This type of concrete currently finds use in a wide variety of types of construction work, confirming high quality.

Autoplane hardening aerated concrete, or autoclave concrete, is a material that is distinguished not only by its porous and voluminous structure, but also by density, which is quite high (in the range of 350-800 kg/m). The high density of the structure of autoclave concrete is primarily associated with the absence of granular components in it. The very technology for the production of autoclave concrete provides for concrete processing under certain conditions: a pressure of at least 1 AT and a temperature of at least 100 degrees.

Autoclane aerated concrete acts as a special type of concrete, therefore, its production uses a special set of components, which includes cement, which is the main component of any concrete, sand, negative lime, as well as water and a small share of aluminum powder.

The production of autoclave concrete involves the entry of all the components used into a chemical reaction, during which aerated concrete acquires unique properties. Moreover, some components in the reaction process can be incompletely reaction and be present in autoclave aerated concrete in residual form.

The technology of autoclave aerated concrete involves the implementation of stages in a certain sequence.

The initial stage of production of autoclave concrete is the preparation of the mixture. Here, a special mixer is used as a device used for the production of autoclave concrete, where all components of autoclave concrete are placed in the required proportions and begin to mix until the mixture is obtained by the necessary consistency.

Then proceed to fill out the forms of the resulting mixture. At the same time, the form is not completely poured, but only by half, which is due to the fact that when swelling, the structure will begin to expand and fill all the free space. With the interaction of lime with water, it begins to darkens, accompanied by the release of heat. When entering into the reaction of lime reaction with aluminum, free hydrogen is formed, just which the account of the empty space of the form occurs. But you can get a porous structure of aerated concrete within a sustained time only with strict implementation of all the features of the production process.

When filling with a mixture of the entire shape, the resulting array must be given time for hardening (usually not more than 1-2 hours) so that its structure becomes strong for subsequent cutting.

When cutting almost ready -made autoclave concrete, it is necessary to follow a certain technology: cutting is vertically and horizontal so that separate blocks are obtained. At the same stage, grooves and crests form on the blocks, as well as pockets used for better capture.

The necessary procedure for the production of autoclave aerated concrete is the breakdown. For this, an autoclave is used, where increased conditions of temperature and pressure are created (190 degrees and 12 AT, respectively). Such conditions contribute to the formation of minerals in the structure of aerated concrete, making the structure of aerated concrete more durable.

The final stage of the production process of autoclave aerated concrete is the packaging of the resulting products. To do this, for 12 hours it is necessary to give steamed blocks to finally harden, after which they are formed on separate products, packaged and sent to the warehouse.

A feature above the above technology of production of autoclave concrete is that the production process itself can be adjusted in the right direction in order to get aerated concrete with the required properties. The autoclaving process has many advantages over the usual method of production. First of all, with its help, the obtained blocks harden in a lesser period of time and most importantly, in conditions of high pressure and temperature, a special mineral is formed, thanks to which aerated concrete acquires a more solid structure.

Autoclane aerated concrete as a material with unique properties becomes more popular material, primarily due to such properties as increased resistance to mechanical damage and frost resistance.

Currently, the current situation is such that most enterprises specializing in the production of autoclave aerated concrete are not able to satisfy the needs of customers of this material. The reasons for this are quite banal. This is primarily outdated equipment that does not allow producing high quality products. As a result, enterprises not only lose their positions in the market of these products, but also reduce production volumes. In order to produce competitive products again, the Autoclant concrete plant must reconsider its technological and production component, the current state of which today does not correspond to modern production technologies. Updating equipment in such conditions is the only correct solution for getting out of this situation. After all, the key to the production of quality products is not only high -quality raw materials, but also modern equipment and the latest technological solutions to implement the production process. Only in this case it is possible to count on the receipt of high -quality aerated concrete of autoclave hardening as a result of a positive result from the entire activity of the enterprise.
