The AA-04 boiler room block is designed to operate in automation systems of steam and hot water boilers of various types and allow you to protect the boiler according to the following parameters:
– boiler file or water output
– exceeding maximum or drop below the minimum gas pressure
– insufficient vacuum in the firebox
– insufficient fuel oil temperature at the inlet of the burner
– excess maximum steam pressure in the drum (or water temperature)
– insufficient air pressure on the burner
– The extinguishing of the torch
– Stop fan
– stop the smoke exhaust
– Stop a nourishing pump
There is a LED indication of the cause of the boiler stop.
The block has a built -in torch sensor and built -in circuits for the control and water of water, allowing to abandon the use of additional external devices.
The unit can be easily connected to steam or hotel boilers working on a gas or fuel oil. Various configurations of the sensors used are possible.
For the inclusion of executive devices, solid -state relay is used that switch the voltage of 250V at a current of 1A. Gabarit dimensions 130x130x57 mm. ABS case material, IP43 protection degree.
Power consumption from an alternating current network of 220V 50Hz does not exceed 5 watts.
