Frame wooden walls – beautiful and reliable

by 360roomsnews

Before you start building a house, it is necessary to draw up its project. Of course, the walls in the project play one of the main roles, so it is very important to pay attention to what material the walls of the future house will be made of. The most optimal wall option for a country house is the frame wall.

Frame walls have several advantages. Firstly, they do not require too much costs, and at the same time they are no worse in terms of heat and sound-conductive properties than felled log walls, from which they most often build cottages in Ufa, and in other cities.

Most often, the frame is created from the upper and lower strands of walls, stiff stitching, as well as from auxiliary elements, for example, from crossbars and intermediate racks, between which window and door frames are located.

After the frame has been assembled, it must be sheathed on the outside with boards, the thickness of which should be approximately 20 mm. However, instead of boards, you can also use other materials that will be persistent to atmospheric precipitation, for example, asbestos -cement slabs.

To insulate the walls, the boards must be put in 2 layers, and leave a small space between them, which must be filled with roller materials, such as roofing ground or trenches. Instead of rolled materials, you can also use bulk or slab materials. The slab materials must be attached to the wall using nails, and the seams must be covered with a special solution. So that wet air does not penetrate into the layers of the boards, it is necessary to put an insulating layer of roofing material under the casing from the inner wall, which must be mixed in advance with lime. Such a layer can protect your house from rodents.
