Transportation transport companies use, of course, tractors trucks. But trailed equipment is a very significant link. So, without trailer equipment, it would be impossible for the cargo transportation by trucks, containers and transportation on semi-trailers-trails. Although, the container can be installed on a simple truck.
Trailed equipment is called vehicles that are independently able to move independently due to the lack of a motor. These are semi -trailers and trailers.
The semi-trailer is a non-motor vehicle, which is connected by a spbel mechanism with a saddle-type tractor car (there is a special saddle on the tractor frame into which the semi-trailer mechanism is inserted). The weight of the cargo at the machine with a semi -trailer is distributed into the tractor itself and on the wheels of the semi -trailer.
Trailer – transport more independent (also without a motor). The saddle tractor is optional here – a simple dump truck or a truck with a covered platform, tank, etc. D. Note that the trailer can be attached to the tractor. Note that the load presses exclusively on the wheels and on the frame of the trailer. Trailers are connected to machines by means of stiff coupling.
You can carry on semi -trailers and trailers, at least that, good, they are equipped with various cargoes. The semi-trailers of tent and curtains are the widest distribution-after all, many different cargoes are loaded in them (Tar-stamped, as a rule). The curtains and just trailers can be shifted in order to facilitate loading. Therefore, it is possible to place quite large cargoes in these trailers (sometimes – using an autocrane). So sometimes the “curtain” is suitable for transporting something bulky.
Self -sewing and on -board semi -trailers (and trailers) are often indispensable if you need to transport bulk cargo or building materials. Naturally, crushed stone, gravel, grain, coal, firewood and different bulk, but not fine -fractional materials are carried on dump trucks. Flour, for example, or a similar texture of powders, is often transported in containers – the slightest gap in a self -lifting body – and such a small cargo will “flow out” outside. On -board trailed devices are perfect if you need to transport brick, sheet metal, wood and similar materials. Forest, logs and beams are usually loaded on machines with trailers, equipped with special horsemen and other attributes for accommodating and fixing such cargoes.
If the cargo is perishable – there are semi -sprinkled or trailed refrigerated vans, it is convenient to carry liquids in trailed tanks, and huge and heavy objects (special equipment, for example) – on low -gradual semi -trailers for entry of special vehicles.
The semi-trailers and trailers-container trucks have become more popular, because container cargo transportation is more and more in demand. There are special devices on the trailer to consolidate containers of various types and sizes.
Trailers and semi -trailers always meet the requirements for them – they are strong and reliable, have remarkable carrying capacity and safe. If they, of course, do not use them with malfunctions. In general, without trailer equipment, the fate of large -capacity cargo transportation would be in a deplorable form.
