The FL -03 primer is a universal material for processing surfaces of various alloys, ferrous metals, copper, titanium alloys and other various surfaces. It is ideal for leveling minor cracks and scratches, as well as for processing surfaces that have a low adhesion coefficient.
The primer FL-03 is also intended for working with wooden surfaces and, moreover, when working with wooden surfaces, this material represents greater savings. The layer of only 20 mKM, applied to a wooden product, will guarantee that the subsequent application of the paint (even if it is the EP-140 enamel) will complete the process of painting the product in just one layer and the material will not absorb it into itself.
FL -03 is resistant to almost any temperature, therefore it can withstand drying at +100C, and also be in the cold of -50C, which will undoubtedly be beneficial for those who are going to carry out drying and operation of this primer under such conditions.
Before using the material, it is thoroughly mixed and diluted with a conventional solvent, bringing to the desired consistency depending on the equipment on which this product will be applied. If the soil is installed using a spray gun, then the consistency of the material should be as liquid as possible so that the layer is uniform, and its adhesiveness is maximum. If the mixture is applied with the help of a brush, or the dousing method, then the density is adjusted relative to a given function.
For painting products in an electric floor, FL-03 soil must have a viscosity of at least 100C., with a diameter of the nozzle of a spray gun no more than 4 mm. For this, the viscosity is increased by the addition of a conventional solvent and thoroughly mixing the resulting suspension. Before applying, you should thoroughly clean the surface with a grinding circle, skin, or any other improvised material, then remove the remaining rye and clean the resulting shells well.
The drying time is no more than 8 hours at an ambient temperature of at least +20C, you can also use a special method of drainage and ventilate the product at a temperature of +90C, in which case the time of complete soil installation will be no more than 40min.
Store FL-03 only in a directly hermetic, closed container removed from direct sunlight. When storing the FL-03, a peculiar film can form, which must be removed when subsequently, the suspension itself is thoroughly mixed with the addition of a solvent.
The primer interacts very well not only with conventional sex paints, paints for staining wood, but also with metal paints, enamels (for example, EP-140) and other all kinds of varnish materials. The processed coating can be polished, or treated with further suspensions.
Shelf life – six months from the date of production.
